How do I use FLASH10?
Add items to your cart, then enter FLASH10 in the Promo code box on the cart or checkout page. It takes 10% off eligible items before tax. Gift cards and memberships are excluded.
Do your sales have countdown timers?
No. We don’t use fake timers or inflated “was” prices. FLASH10 works on every order, and our prices are the prices.
How fast do orders ship?
Within one business day from Chicago, Illinois. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, express 2, and next-day 1 if you order by 11 AM Central time.
How do returns work?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a prepaid label on eligible items. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to all 50 states, DC and APO/FPO addresses.
